We are having a vacancy of Key Account Manager

Job Purpose
The Key Account Manager is reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing and responsible for managing and servicing all key accounts (mobile operators, ISP, Radio and TV stations in Cambodia) under her/his management in order to grow revenues and maintain customer retention.

Job Responsibilities
Identify, engage with prospective and existing customers for understanding the business requirements
Grow revenues based on the deep understanding of customers strategies and priorities, external trends, market insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, legislation
Develop pricing for customers along with front end team
Work closely with the Technical team for the understanding of configurations offered to the customer and preparing commercials for the same
Regularly and consistently seek customer feedback to relay company-wide to contribute to the development/improvement of services
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
Establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all other support departments

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
5+ years of relevant work experience
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Cambodian resident with ability to communicate in English and Chinese
